Make the lives of those around me better

I am passionate about helping people realise their potential through the lens of storytelling. As a companion on my clients’ journeys of discovery, I work with them to shape and create new possible selves and stories for their future with an emphasis on action.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and the ability to achieve their goals, but this can be challenging with the cacophony of day-to-day life as its relentless pace drowns things out.  I help create a quiet, safe, slowed-down space in which my clients can reflect and make sense of their stories so far, before exploring together what their future stories might be and the steps needed to create them.

What began as a love for stories as child through Greek mythology and comic books, and then later as a student of French and German literature and then a movie geek, is now a passion for using storytelling principles in both my work as a strategist and a coach to help both businesses and people to understand and shape their futures.

I have 25+ years of senior management experience working in the corporate, education and charity sectors. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, having trained at the renowned Henley Business School. I am an accredited Strengthscope Practitioner, a British Psychological Society-approved strengths psychometric for both individuals and teams.

My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental, both serious and playful. I cultivate a beginner’s mindset in every session with my clients to facilitate open-mindedness and creativity when working with my clients.
